Pattern Continues International Expansion, Opens New Asia Headquarters in Singapore

SINGAPORE—March 1, 2022—Pattern, the category leader for global ecommerce and marketplace acceleration, today announced the opening of a new office in Singapore to serve as its strategic headquarters for operations across Asia.

The new headquarters becomes one of 10 offices and distribution centers for Pattern in the Asia-Pacific region and demonstrates the company’s commitment to help brands accelerate their ecommerce across the globe.

“We are obsessed with helping our partners accelerate growth in every market that matters to their business, and this new location for our Asia headquarters will be key to that success,” said Pattern Co-Founder and CEO David Wright. “Digital and marketplace expansion is massive in Asia. This move will allow us to deepen our presence on the most valuable channels and marketplaces in the region and further accelerate growth for brands.”

Ecommerce growth in Asia represents a sizable opportunity for brands across the globe, with revenue in the region projected to reach US$2 trillion in 2022. Pattern’s established track record helping brands accelerate their ecommerce on key marketplaces is Asia—such as Tmall, JD.com, and Amazon—positions the company as a key partner in the region for brands that want to reach more customers, faster.

“Pattern has built teams in key cities in Asia Pacific—including Hong Kong, Guangzhou, Sydney, Melbourne, and Pune,” said Pattern Chief International Officer Chris Vincent, who relocated to Singapore to lead Pattern’s strategic growth in the region. “We also manage distribution centers in Hong Kong, Guangzhou, and Melbourne. We’re excited to continue accelerating growth for our brand partners throughout the Asia-Pacific region and are actively hiring in the Lion City to strengthen our presence in the region.”
