SALT LAKE CITY — Pattern, the category leader for global ecommerce acceleration, today launched the industry’s first full-service partner solution for TikTok Shop, allowing brands to capture a larger share of wallet on the go-to platform for product discovery.

The new service is built on Pattern’s influencer marketing platform, Current, and gives brands a single partner to manage their TikTok Shop from soup to nuts — including shop setup, content production and optimization at scale, affiliate management, order fulfillment, and more.

“TikTok Shop represents a massive opportunity for brands,” said Pattern Co-Founder and CEO David Wright. “The platform is seeing impressive early adoption and is chasing down $20B in GMV this year alone. Brand leaders have an exciting opportunity to add an additional layer of growth with this new sales channel, and we’re excited to help them unlock it.”

TikTok has become an integral part of the customer journey. 70% of all TikTok users regularly discover new brands and products on the platform, while 3 in 4 users are likely to purchase something while using TikTok. What’s more, 83% of users say TikTok plays a role in their purchase decisions.

TikTok Shop presents a unique shopping paradigm that may be unfamiliar to brand leaders. Unlike traditional online marketplaces — where search optimization is a heavy factor in driving traffic — success on TikTok depends primarily on a brand’s ability to drive product discovery through user-generated content.

With Pattern’s full-service partner solution, brands can rely on tech and expertise to help them navigate the unique power of TikTok discovery, leave setup burdens aside, and attract buyers on day one. Pattern will be there every step of the way, including:

  1. Shop set up and integration with a brand’s tech stack
  2. Optimizing product listings to maximize conversion on the TikTok Shop tab
  3. Recruiting the right affiliates
  4. Developing high-performing video content at scale on both brand and affiliate channels
  5. Producing successful livestreams from creator or brand accounts
  6. Amplifying the best performing content with paid ads
  7. Going omni-channel with learnings and content from TikTok to other social platforms
  8. Order fulfillment
