We ran a 40-category audit deep-dive, which scored the clients feed at 73%, showing specific areas for improvement.
A detailed optimisation project plan was created, with tasks set for both Pattern and the client, to improve the feed quality score.

- We created a detailed project plan including over 50 tasks across all markets which were migrated to a project management platform
