Our Approach

We ran a 40-category audit deep-dive, which scored the clients feed at 73%, showing specific areas for improvement.

A detailed optimisation project plan was created, with tasks set for both Pattern and the client, to improve the feed quality score.

  1. The audit output identified the feed hygiene levels and tasks that needed to be completed to align with best practices
  2. We created a detailed project plan including over 50 tasks across all markets which were migrated to a project management platform
  3. We used our Channable feed management tool to implement the multiple recommendations, using a combination of feed rules to override and launch the new shopping feed content.
