Before partnering with Pattern, Dr. Bronner’s faced key challenges on Amazon Australia. These included a fragmented catalogue, uncontrolled pricing, and an overcrowded reseller landscape. 

Inconsistent titles, images, and content diluted the brand experience and limited visibility. Without internal Amazon expertise, Dr. Bronner’s struggled to scale or protect their brand.

  1. Content & store overhaul

    Pattern rebuilt all listings with SEO-optimised titles, bullets, and A+ content. A refreshed Brand Storefront launched with new lifestyle imagery and subpages by scent, delivering a richer and more intuitive shopping journey. 

    This boosted store sales by 98% YoY and drove a 30.9% lift in order value.

     

  2. Channel Control

    Pattern implemented Predict to proactively flag unauthorised sellers, allowing the brand to reclaim control of its pricing and messaging. 

    Buy Box ownership surged from 66% to 90%, and Pattern AU’s share of total sales increased to 93.63%.

     

  3. Strategic promotions to unlock demand

    Leveraging deal performance data, Pattern crafted a tailored promo calendar. Targeted campaigns during peak events like BFCM and October Prime (2024) turned slow sellers into top movers.

    • BFCM: 67% of Nov revenue in 14 days
    • October Prime: 37% of Oct revenue in 6 days
    • Big Smile: 39% of March revenue in 7 days
